• Front Tires Shaking, requested tire rebalance
• Dropped off truck, received call that they don't have the tools to do my balance correctly, that they did the best they could when they were installed. Someone was suppose to tell me.
• I returned to Tires Plus, made agreement with Mike Kidwell that I would take truck to my garage, they could balance tires and I would be reimbursed.

• Tires rebalanced, the two front tires had excessive balance weights, and were both found to be bad tires. They put both bad tires on back of the truck as truck to not shake so bad.

• Mike refunded for the balance, argued with me that the tires can't be bad, that my wheels are bent.
• I asked they be replaced, Mike ordered replacements, and balancing parts needed to install the new tires there.

• Made appointment for new tire to be installed. I arrived at Tires Plus, asked if they were going to get the truck in right away, Keith said yes.
• Truck was taken into shop, over two hours later the truck was not started, I said something to Keith, and they started on the job.
• I truly believe Mike had it drug out as long as possible.
• Mike told the Associate to call him when the bad tires were on the balancer, he wanted to check them, he did not believe they are bad.
• Mike left before the job was finished, three hours later it was done.
• My truck was brought around front, I looked at it thru the window, something didn't look right. I went outside and it was obvious the new tires installed were the wrong size. Huge Difference!
• Tires purchased (LT285/75R 16) REPLACEMENTS (LT245/75R 16)
• I told Keith to reorder the correct tires, let me know when they arrive, I would pick them up and have them mounted at my garage.

I start vacation 6/19, Camping, I can't' use my truck as it is!
This has been a very stressful ordeal, I need this resolved!
