I had a rental car delivered to Bill Dodge Collision Center in Westbrook, Maine on August 29 for a seventeen day rental. I was told I was entitled to a full size SUV, but the Mazda was the largest vehicle they had ready to go. I was told that The rental company would let me know as soon as something larger was available. The mileage on the car was 34,509. Yesterday I noticed the oil was due for a change at 34,880. I therefore went to Enterprize Car Rental and told them the milage was at 35,140. I was told I had to go to Pronto Oil Change and get an oil change myself! I made mention that was quite problematic. At that time a young lady in the back section stood up and said (if you don't get it changed and blow an engine, you pay for a new one!). I got the oil changed, and I still have the smaller SUV! I am waiting for my 2023 Cadilac Escalade to be repaired which may take another two weeks. I kind of think I should of had a larger vehicle long ago, but maybe that's the Enterprise way!
Desired outcome: A full size SUV was promised, and that would be a great start.
