Dollar Tree

My name is India England I am a former employee of the 4111-location dollar tree. I've lived in that area for about 8 years I shop at the dollar tree normally and noticed they were short staff, so I wanted to help out. I previously had a medical issue where I was at home on bed rest for 2 years this is my first job back since then I have family support, my family has no need for money this job was just to get out the house from my previous medical condition. I'm explaining all of this to let you guys know I have no need to steal and that's what I'm being accused of at the dollar tree I've only worked a month and I'm being accused of letting over 1000 dollars walk out the store which is a lie I am loyal to my job and there's no reason for that while their accusing me of theft I've witnessed other employees steal and they are still working at the store. This situation has put me under stress I've tried calling the corporate number no answer. I contact the complaint number, but the number is to another dollar tree store that's nearby the 4111-location which isn't making since to me. I say fraud is involved because my number has to be put in the system in order for me to make all these returns. So, I'm contacting you for help on this situation I feel something, or someone is trying cover themselves by lying on me I wanted my job back but know I just want my name clear. I don't want to take legal action. so, if you could contact me back with an answer I would greatly appreciate.
