One of my complaints is about the exam I took on this date. I went through the exam thoroughly 3 times before submitting and I am pretty certain that there were 30 questions on the exam. 30. When I received my results(FAIL) it clearly shows the break up of the test questions and only 25 questions are accounted for. It clearly states that I got 18 out of 25 and that I needed 19 to pass. There is NO EXPLANATION for the missing 5 questions and when I asked one of the employees at the testing center he had no explanation. This is not something I feel comfortable with.
Also, My other complaint was from the beginning it was very difficult to talk to someone to even schedule an appointment. I wait on hold for length of time, then am forwarded to a voicemail. It took many days for someone to respond to me. The woman was impatient with me while scheduling and promised an email with all of the information I would need to know when i asked about location details. I wasn't receiving an email that week before my test date, so I called and left another voicemail. I ended up not hearing from anyone so I went online to find location info and other important details I needed to know(like arriving 30 min early). I received a voicemail from them returning my call hours After my test was already taken :/ Also, i realized the problem was she got my email address wrong in the computer(which she impatiently asked me for at least 3 times on the phone the original time).
I am writing this complaint to request a refund for the problems I have had with the company and the lack of explanation on my test. I was referred by a friend who just took her test there because I asked her where to go. With all of these problems I would certainly not want to recommend anyone I know, unless things are handled professionally.

My issue is I studied morning noon and night for my exam and I knew my material I go take the test and theres absolutely nothing on the test that was in the book.also there is no practice test online for you to refer back to I believe its a scam in order to get money
