My wife and I are faithful customers to your store 7069 on business 60, in dexter, mo and have been since opening day, this time a certain employee a male with dark hair was being extremely rude and loud and being aggressive towards a young employee there, using foul language and being aggressive like he was looking for a fight. He was told several times to calm down and he just got worse. Then me being a loyal customer, couldn't believe what I was hearing, said something to him about how corporate would feel a certain way and probably not tolerate this kind of behavior, his immature and aggressive actions in front of several customers, so he said "yea whatever, I know corporate too, so what are you going to do?" I took that as a threat, while another employee was on the phone with management. I feel as if this guy has no business in customer service and should be dealt with accordingly. I understand people can have bad days, but this guy crossed the line. Maybe someone ought to review the footage from security feed and take action. Id hate to see something escalate from this bad attitude employee., I wish I caught his name, but it wasn't our cashier, she was sweet and apologized for what we had to endure during our shopping trip. Thank you for your time and to be honest, if this doesn't get resolved, our shopping trips will be no more, i'm sorry this had to be brought up, but it was a very unprofessional, and a very unpleasant experience. I have included the receipt so you can access the time and date stamp from the incident, this all happened about 5-10 minutes before we checked out. Thank you for your time and consideration.
