Jack In The Box - Profane language and senior citizen abuse and unimaginable behavior by your staff

My wife and I drove through your pickup lane to order lunch which we have been doing for years 3 times a month or so. The female on the speaker took our order from my wife and when the order for a box of mini tacos, medium diet dr pepper, no ice, a grilled chicken sandwich, an order of fries and a small chocolate shake. We waited for the total and the person came back through the speaker 30 seconds later and said the system crashed so she would need to place the order again. Ok, things happen like this. My wife placed the order again and when it was read back to us we didn't hear the person include the fries so my wife asked if she had gotten the fries. The speaker barked back yes, please pull forward. There were 3 or 4 cars ahead of us. When we got to the window we paid and the drinks and bag were handed out the window. My wife out of concern opened the bag to check for the fries. They were not in the bag. She called thru the window excuse me mam but the fries are not in here. Your employee looked at the wall and barked "thats because you didn't order them or pay for them". My wife asked if she could pay for them and get them without going back through line. The woman raised her voice and yelled "I don't need your f# (king tude< do you want the f# (king fries or not< there is no charge?"
My wife asked her to calm down and yes she would like the fries. The employee threw the fries through the window. I asked her for her name and she laughed along with the younger girl working with her and said leave.
We went around the parking lot to eat our lunch and when we finished my wife went into the store and told the on duty manager what happened and she replied so do you want a coupon for a free drink or fries. My wife wanted an apology and some training for the employee on dealing with customers. Now the manager looked very young and the other nasty employee was behind her.
My wife asked the manger for her name and she gave her name as melonie weskise. She asked then for the employees name and was questioned why. When my wife told her she was going to file a complaint. The manager said the employees name was sam strawford.
Response, fine, nothing is going to happen
Great customer service from your employees for 2 people 68 yrs old.
In the event we do return to this location again and see either og these girls working there we will leave and never return.
Keep in mind, washington mo is surrounded by many small towns with family values. Social media will certainly fly through and I imagine will pickup a multitude of comments. It certainly will not break jack in the box but it will mention the other 10 food options at washington crossing where senior citizens will not be subjected to this angry, aggressive profane language,
Shame on you corporately if you choose to ignore this offensive incident.
