Captain D's - The service that the workers give

I went into captain D's in meridian ms around 7pm yesterday November 4,2023 with my fiance and my four kids. I ordered 4 fish and shrimp meals and 2 meals just shrimps that came with hush puppies and two sides, my fiance paid we got the lil thing that lets u know when the food ready and found a place to sit. The thing went off me and my fiance went to get the food we brought it back to the table. Everything was right except two meals which was mine and my youngest daughter that included fish and shrimp hers with fries mine with baked potato. I went back I told the girl everybody stopped and looked at me stupid the got the ticket tried to figure out mine u everybody acting like they couldn't read and understand I kept explaining the plates we had had only fish when it supposed to had been fished and shrimp one with fried the other with a baked potato I went back to the tablet I got to the table and said this don't make sense I'm not eating here anymore a worker was standing not far from me short black girl curly wig and say what u say really loud like she wanted to fight or something mind u I have never experienced this before she say two more times very loud and aggressive what u say to me like she wanted to fight me so I just ignored her. First they were saying I didnt pay for what I asked then tell my fiance after they gave him the same food right back that I would have to come get it myself there was an older lady sitting waiting on her food and I was telling them how they messed my order up and what I supposed to have and I hear her telling someone understand what she saying and at some point she even tried to tell them what I was saying was wrong when it was clearly on the receipt which was acting rung up correctly everybody that work in there behind that counter act like they couldn't understand like they couldn't read and they couldn't understand English. My 13 year old daughter left out to go get her purse out of my truck and she said that she was leaving out they stopped talking and all stared her down looking at her funny. At this point I'm frustrated they tell us to send all the food back up there and I'm like why when there were only two plates messed up so I'm like they about to do something to our food like to get this so I told my kids to come on and told my fiance to just get the money back and I left out with my kids they gave him the money back but they said my son had ate some of the shrimp so they charge for that. My fiance got the partial refund and we left it was stressful embarrassing and just uncalled for an unnecessary when I had my kids with me seeing and hearing everything that was going on. It's just way too much to text but that's not the only altercation I have had with my family from Captain D's in meridian Mississippi and left and didn't get food I actually like Captain D's and hadn't got food there in a long time because everyone that works in there x slow like they can't read ghetto and Messy the place is unprofessional I don't know who the manager is but that place is a mess and I will not ever try to go back there ever again that was humiliating and upsetting for my family and I my kids. At the time of the altercations that happened each time I went there I don't know but it wasn't on my mind to ask for a manager which I don't know if that was going to do any good or not but this last altercation was so upsetting because my kids were with me asking for a manager just wasn't on my mind all I wanted to do was get out of there. As long as the people that work there stays there and have the attitude that they have Captain D's will never get my business again I have even went through the drive-thru in order food every time the order was wrong they want to get an attitude. They were all standing behind the counter looking funny best friend rolling eyes looking like they wanted to fight because they were the one acting like they couldn't understand how they missed my order up everyone in there needs to be fired you hire new people and possibly even a new manager for letting the stuff that go on there happen for as long as it has just ridiculous that place is a mess and if they can't hire better people it needs to be shut down while I was there they were also getting other people orders wrong and giving other people attitudes but what they did to me I have never experienced from any place I have ever gotten anything to eat from and then my kids were with me that was the most upsetting part I hope something be done about this everyone there yesterday Saturday October 4 needs to be fired cuz that was ridiculous and ghetto and messy and unprofessional me and my kids and my fiance will never eat there again

Desired outcome: Those ghetto unprofessional workers all should be fired maybe even the manager too because the workers there have been horrible for a long time now because this was not the first incident but the worse
