Amazon gave me a refund on my xbox because of my issue then it was solved so amazon billing team removed my refund. Decided to return my xbox again waited 10 days for the refund contacted multiple chats they told me the item was here and was promised full refund just need to put the refund on my account 5 days has past no refund contacted live chat again they said wait 12 hours you will have a email so waited 2 days no email. Contacted back again they said my item i returned was not the xbox but i literally put my xbox one controller wire everything and they said we cant provide anymore insight i got banned on live chat because i contacted about my issue to much because i just wanted to know the status on my xbox return i was promised by all reps i will get my refund.
I wish i can just get my refund
