Dollar Tree - Blocking isles

Are employees allowed to block isle off? I traveled a ways to the store only to find out I couldn't enter some isle they were blocked with tape. Not cool at all! And employees were insanely rude! Uncalled for! Smoking out front of building should not be allowed also! Not professional! I know several people that have had it with this dollar tree! Please fix this store!

Desired outcome: Not to be allowed to block isles during opening times!
