I was terminated from dg on 12/10/2020 wrongful. I was told by ex district manager it was ok to do the paid out. She left and the new district manager disagreed and got loss prevention involved. I was so upset with his professional skills. I was with company almost 3 years. I was a manager for almost 1 year. I had 14% over sales for the year and worked myself to exhaustion and received a termination. I was not offered a step down or anything other than termination. I have worked since I was 14 years old and never been terminated from a job or even received one write up. I worked normally 50 to 60 hrs a week sometimes more and this is the appreciation I received. The bad thing is that I loved dg and my store. I enjoyed my customers I am still upset. I dont understand how you treat your dedicated employees like that.
Desired outcome: I want my job back in a different district because of the district manager.
