Mavis Discount Tire

I called and spoke with a gentleman at the Lincolnton, NC Mavis Discount Tire and he said around 2:00 for two tires. My daughter, who is 17, arrived there around 1:45 for that appt. She is still there waiting and the car has not even been started yet. When I called, I was told at least 30 more minutes before it would be taken in and another 30 minutes before it would be completed. That makes her probably there until 4:30 or 5:00 for a 2:00 appt. The person I spoke with apologized and told me he was short handed and was very nice. My daughter is not comfortable being around strangers that much and was approached by a homeless lady asking her for money. I am not very happy that she has wasted the whole afternoon there. I really do not think I will be back there again if this is the wait for a simple job. If you want your business to grow, you need to have enough employees there to make the turn around time better especially if you want my future business. By the way, I could have went to another store in Lincolnton and paid $10.00 and been done by now.

I would appreciate an email back from you with you plan of making this location better.
