Lowe's - Unlawful dismissal from employment

First I am 50yrs old - having been employed at lowes bonney lake wash pro sales 2months shy of 3yrs - lowes hires new dept mngr I catch the guy making sexual comment about female customers and associates - I immediately let him know do it again I report you - then came the threats as he was my supervisor the constant you do what I say or I write you up or you dont do it your no longer needed at lowes - the man was stealing appliance packages for his customers as comps having associates pull and load (considered theft on all accounts) so I file hr complaint I got sum bs excuse then im dismissed from employment hr again same bs crap close claim so I contact my attorney come to find out direct orders from marvin ellison close all hr claims unless they are harrassment claims that may threaten profits - they. Ve violated 3 wash state labor laws - marvin cares not - marvin ellison personal motto is (profits before persons) disagree with hr decision your fired under job abondonment so you cant collect unemployment - all employs are disposible objects to marvin ellison he cares nothing about the people selling the products that make lowes what it is - screwing the employees putting families in the street homeless one can only hope that karma will get him for the families he destroyed - the man will die trying to sqeeze 15© out of a nickel - worship god not the dollar - we all know his final resting place - he. S already doing satans job

wow I feel like I wrote this, This October was 3 years at Lowes working as a Appliance Specialist with a new Supervisor I was the only female in the department and I worked my tail off, I was on order pickers pulling front load washers [250 pounds] I'm 53 years old walking 4 to 7 miles a day never having time for a break cause there was never anyone to help I would cover plumbing and electrical cause Lowes does not care that they don't hire enough people to cover the departments, young kids always calling out and never getting written up and if they do nothing comes from it. New supervisor always late and leaving early [ASM ALSO] the supervisor would walk away from customers complaining or even just asking for help and I would take care of the customer, He is sexist he fools around with the young cashiers and when they come in for their shift he leaves early so he don't have to see them, he sends naked pics of himself to them, he would always pick on me for everything so one day I couldn't take it anymore so I left said I quit well my ASM texts me tells me to go back to the store and speak to the store manger and tell him that my ASM does not want to lose me that I have GREAT work ethic and I'M GREAT with customers and he is working on the supervisors Attitude! Less then 3 weeks later I get fired for some bull crap about lateness when they are always changing schedules without notification then telling you about some lateness from 3 months prior ! I paid 4, 700 dollars into health insurance and they cancel it the next day but still charge me on my two last checks, there is so much more that is going on in that store and HR does not care it lays on deaf ears
