Dollar Tree - Coronavirus mask wearing

This dollar tree 701 galvin rd bellevue ne #4103 is in near constant violation of the City of Bellevue mask mandate. Even the employees at times shun the mask mandate. I'm going to contact the City of Bellevue soon if this continues and they will shut this store down! It's also not uncommon for customers to not mask wear. Two of your employees at this store don't wear masks. If they do, the nose is not under mask.
