So today I was trying to navigate online how to schedule a pcr test for covid... What a joke... The website after clicking on thing after thing and not getting to where I needed to finally took me to the londerry store for the test... Where trying to sign up for a test today wasn't going to happen... I clicked on saturday over and over and got nothing... No page change... I tried sunday even though I know the pharmacy is closed.. Figured I might get a notice saying so... Again nothing... Tried monday.. Nothing... Tried calling the store... Got it sounded like an indian woman... Lack of communication on what I was trying to do... Finally connected me to store... Recording tells me there is one person before me...40 minutes later after a few times of repeated ringing and then lo and behold i'm back on listening to muzak and the every half minute recording that your sorry blah blah blah. Do you purposely play that that often to drive people to hang up?... Finally someone comes on who sounds like they're having as bad a time as me... I don't go off... Don't get ugly etc... Explain I need to make an appt but online wasn't working etc... She now tries online and on and on it goes cause she can't get it to work and then tells me to call 1 800 walgreens to make the appt... So I do only to be told by person they can't make appts and to go online to where i'm not gonna lie I lose it and ask... Does anyone give a crap that none of this is working... You can't make an online appt at the website... The person at the store can't make an appt and sends me to a place that can't make an appt... Wtf seriously...!... Does anyone know what they're doing?... And someone needs to be writing down how flipping crappy your whole system is... I'll try cvs from now on... What a waste of hours I won't ever get back...
