On July 5th early morning I was told to clock out 15 min after I clocked in because the mgr was mad because she said good morning and I didn't respond, this all started with the mgr cutting my hours. I was a part-time employee and only worked 3 days a week and she only placed me to work 1 day a week and kept putting me on days that I had a doctor's appt, these appt's were scheduled way in advance because I always scheduled my appointments on my days off then she would tell me that I had to find my own coverage when I shouldn't have to because like I said I always did appt's on my day off and I was always off on the same days had the same schedule way before she took the position as mgr. on July 5th early morning she said good morning and I didn't respond she approached me and said she needed positive energy I told her that she didn't exude positive energy than she told me to clock out with only 15 mins' in, so I did, come to find out through the DM that she fired me and placed me as non rehireable list... I still don't know or understand why she terminated me unjustifiably, I was supposed to start working at another location and I believe that she didn't like that. She also has her sister working in the same store and as far as I know family members are not supposed to work for the same store but yet her family member works in the same store. She has had many complaints from customers and employees and nothing is being done, should dollar gen'l continue to allow her to do anything she wishes... Absolutely not. I have a heart condition and she stressed me out so bad that I have been having chest pains, went to my doctor and my heart rate has dropped considerably never had those problems tho I do have congestive heart failure I have never experienced that much pain in my chest. I just couldn't work with her anymore and that is why I was transferring to another store until this happened.
Desired outcome: I don't want an apology, I want for her to lose her position of mgr stripped away. if u look at her track record she has numerous complaints from customers as well.
