Hello!
I want to complain about the BJ's service. Me and my husband are very disappointed, we are new for BJ's and didn't know about the membership cards and imagine our surprise when at the checkout our assistant told us that we need to buy a membership for at least 55$ or we will be additionaly charged 20% of our cheque. What a hidden service? We didn't know about that and If knew - selected maybe another shop. Besides we stopped the whole line with people.
Now we think about choosing another one shop despite of membership! Awerful! Now I'm thinking of reccomendation to my friends or not.

BJ's Wholesale Club - service complaint against india, supervisor at kearny location
I went to see about exchanging or returning PUR filters as they were not working. Each time to visit BJS I spend close to $300.00. I had 2 boxes of filters, one I bought and my son bought the other. Once the first box got used up, I started using filters from the second box which were bad. Since I had bought them from BJS, I went to return them but did not know it was purchased in 2018. Had I known I would not have wasted my time and energy. The sales associate Jennifer was helpful, it was the supervisor India who had an attitude. She talked down with her head rolling and saying who would come after a year to return to my daughter and I. She is not fit to be a supervisor, she needs to take classes on how to talk to customers. I am a manager myself for a manufacturing plant and I deal with customers all day long. Even if they are obnoxious, you still talk to them nicely. Had I known the filters were purchased in 2018, I would have never gone to BJS for an exchange. People like her makes you not to return to BJS. India needs to be demoted to sales associate until she learns how to be courteous and attitude free, the way she talked made me feel stupid and ignorant for bringing something from 2018. I guess I used the most recent purchase that my son bought and the purchase I made got pushed in the back.
Hoping to hear from someone hire up in management.
BJ's Wholesale Club - overcharged
So i went to the bjs located at 180 passaic ave in kearny nj today 10/3/2019 at 7:04pm and to my surprised I'm checking my receipt i was over charged by damn near 50 dollars . the stupid cashier charged me for 9 bags of shrimp which came up to $89.91 . i only purchased 4 bags of shrimp where the hell is my money. I tried to contact the store and yet i kept getting this run around saying the manager isn't there. I'm definitely reporting this has fraud! They just lost a long time bjs member over this horrible cashier that can't do her job. I want my money back!
