Poorly treated by a manager the Mays Landing, nj location, his name was George
He was very abrasive, pompous and adolescent like behavior. Ignored what me as a customer my preferences were in checking out and thought it was funny a disrespectfully was laughing it up in between harassing me during check out.
I’m a long standing BJ’s member and i have never complained
If this is not dealt with i will Not be continuing my BJ’s membership
Desired outcome: Deal with this manager appropriately and take my complaint seriously
BJ's Wholesale Club - bakery department
Ordered a 2 tier cake for a Surprise Birthday Party, I asked if they could do the invitation in edible ink/paper around the cake, no problem was the response, they were very helpful in having me email my invitation to them and confirmed they received it while I was standing there, wrote up the order with all info. My daughter came to pick up the cake 12/7/19 and it was never made, seems there was a problem with the print I wanted on the cake, said they couldn't do it with a question mark. No one ever called me to say this was an issue! Totally unacceptable, so, you just don't make the cake and not contact anyone? I was mortified, this was being picked up for a party, they had to hurry a decorate one out of desperation. Money was returned but even so, the bakery department needs to be more on top of these situations and contact the person and let them know. Awful, inadequate service, the cake is a very important part of a party theme and they completely ruined this
