BJ's Wholesale Club - Ruined me at start of pandemic

I've been fighting for my job and/or money and threatening lawsuits. You've taken no action for a year. Now it's time for me to take mine. Enjoy having all your dirty little secrets exposed to media strike enthusiasts and a couple of local channels.
You ruined me. Now you're ruining yourselves.
You allowed toxic individuals to mentally (sometimes physically) harm others and thrived on gossip and drama, ignoring work ethic and career potentials.
You bribed me, you lied to me, and you allowed the harrassment to continue towards my previous coworkers.
Don't worry, they're all ready for the fight too.

Desired outcome: COMPENSATION OR JOB BACK
