I was 90 days over on returning a faucet that did not suit our needs. I changed it out promptly but did not return it as a special trip to town (100 miles round trip to Alamogordo from Ruidoso/winter/holidays) did not make sense. When I did, the store manager (Marlyn Gonzales #1671) told me she did not have the authority to make an exception (not true). I just got a call from an associate (not the manager-no guts) and he told me I was out of luck. This sort of inflexibility will not pay off in the long run. I would appreciate a call on this.
