I had made reservations for a vehicle for my 23 year old daughter. On this date we met with an employee who was quick and efficient. At the time of payment he advised the would be and extra 25.00 a day fee due to my daughters age. I advised that I understood however, I rented a car at this same location last summer when she was 22 yrs of age and the apprehensive who helped on that occasion waved the under age fee for me. He advised he would ask. He then walked over the a female employee who I assumed was a manager. She was just several feet away from us. She immediately snapped at the employee saying "What is the question" saying it in a rude manner to the employee. when he asked she again snapped back saying in a rude manner "No we will not waive the fee" No explanation, nothing. Her tone was so rude that my daughter and friend who were also present with me commented on the way she had acted. It made us all feel uncomfortable. Have have done business with this branch on several occasions and have never been treated like this. This will reflect any future business with Enterprise when considering your services.
Desired outcome: This employee attitude need to be addressed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
