To whom it may concern,
I've been a frequent shopper at Dollar Tree since 2013. I enjoy shopping and finding great treasures in your store. Unfortunately, I have a complaint regarding an employee at my neighborhood store #1595 located on South Rainbow Blvd suite 101, Las Vegas, Nevada [protected].
On April 1, 2020 I was shopping at Dollar Tree. When it was my turn to purchase my things, I asked the cashier if I could make a purchase and make an exchange as well. I had the return item and receipt in my hand. She misunderstood what I said so I repeated myself. She snapped at me saying "Well, I didn't understand what you said". She also gave me a mean long stare. I was quietly taken back from her reaction because it was a simple misunderstanding. I left the store disappointed because I didn't deserve being treated so coldly.
Another reason why I am writing this complaint is because I have witness her react this way toward other customers 3-4 months ago. This is unacceptable. She shouldn't be allowed to treat us customers so rudely. I was contemplating rather to shop at another store but, this is my neighborhood store and I will continue to shop here. I will not endure nor witness this type of behavior any longer. Her unprofessional demeanor needs to be address as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
