You people need to start surveying the store, not the driver or customer service. Excuse my french but this store is totally [censored]ed up. My last 5 orders were 2-2 1/2 hrs late, $180.00 orders, then everyone of them were missing items. This one was for 12pm showed up at 4:30 missing 9 items. Sure you refund,100days later,$200 walmart card, money doesn't refund for 14 days, guess I should starve, joke lol, fix this f ing store. Drivers won't go to this store because they state that it takes 2-3 hours at curbside pick up and the order is already 2 hours late and then all mthe meat and perishables are not given to the driver. I had the total order not delivered... Refund lol $186.00 order, refund in 14 days, so you can't use your $200 credit limit card and again, guess i'll starve! Then received an order that wasn, t mine, again refund, [censored]. Let me sit at the big table and I will train you yoyos on customer service. Survey the online in the stores... Lazy, uncaring, slow., and also their out of stock items state, confirm we will ship, and then an ad pops up that says, can not be shipped to your address, who's the idiot in it? Tracking doesn't work 50 percent of the time, page says, we're sorry, tell it to get their heads out of their [censored], your losing me as a customer and everyone I know. Once in a while mistakes are made, but not 5 orders in a row, corperate needs to be aware and start doing their job. Keep it up and you will end up like k-mart, out of business, am I wasting my time? Does anybody care? Lol
Desired outcome: FIRE THEM ALL AND TRAIN SOME PEOPLE WITH SOME BRAINS,REFUND WITHIN 48HOURS TELL IT TO GET IT RIGHT AND GET THEIR THUMB OUT OF THEIR BUTT

The current order was for today at 12pm,showed up at 4:30pm ,missing 9 items,so sure- REFUND,100days later on your measly $200 credit card. Money doesn't refund for 14 days, guess i should starve waiting. Your a joke. Fix this Fcking store. Survey the online departments in the store and get some real answers. They are lazy,uncaring, slow as hell, sitting on their butts,hiding in the bathrooms and have their heads up their butts. Their out of stock items are sitting on the shelf, they can't seem to find them, i can. Online states--we can ship,confirm,,so i confirm,now there's a pop up that says----we are unable to ship to this address JOKE. Who's the idiot in IT? Walmart - online pickup, customer service
On 4/25/2019 I accepted a delivery order at this location; I work for Postmate s and deliver groceries via WalMart's Online Ordering system and the Postmate delivery service. I spent 147 minutes waiting for my groceries at this store; during the time I was waiting I spoke with 2 separate associates face-to-face, and 3 people via the customer service line, trying to find out what was going on. Not once did any staff communicate why it was taking so long to bring the groceries out, or approximately when the groceries would come out. The Online Pickup stalls were full (8 stalls) and there were other online shoppers parking elsewhere to retrieve their orders. Once people started getting their groceries, they were refunded their entire grocery bill. No one waited as long as I did, my order took the longest to bring out; but because I work for Postmates, and "It's not in the contract to compensate drivers" I was not offered anything in the way of compensation for my time. Apparently Postmates drivers are less than everyone else. I will never go to this WalMart again, based solely on this horrible 147 minute experience. Did I mention I waited in the hot Las Vegas heat for 147 minutes for these children to figure out how to pack groceries?!
