On the odd occasion I have had problems with orders, but mostly they give good service and prompt delivery. The only complaint I would have is this habit of leaving goods on the doorstep and not waiting to see if the parcel is picked up. They are in too much of a hurry.
Fortunately I live in a closed estate, but the number of parcels being stolen is rising, and no wonder.
Desired outcome: Please help customer asap

I've worked at amazon fulfillment center at 8000 N Virginia Ln Reno Nevada and H.R site are very discriminative and were very rude and did not whatso ever accommodate my needs as being a disabled employee with mental health issues as due to street anxiety depression and social anxiety I asked ssite manager to accommodate me period with my stress explaining to them I suffer from bipolar disorder as they frowned at me against my issue that I suffer from and can't help with they don't accommodate with what the disabled employer needs to help them they accommodate with what they think is good on there behalf of handling with there way of accommodating disabled. Employees as abuse a hostile environment treating disabled employees like crap being discriminative bullying rude comments cursing the place is like a circus clanish like a child's playground bad cursing mouths amongst one another the managers as in operation managers play I like you I don't like you they pick and choose who they like and who they don't like and who they do like they let them get away with the bad stuff they do and fire the great employers or get rid of them because they don't like the fact they do a faster job than them they at 2 faced no people skills don't handle people with disablilitys properly like they should understanding there needs as a human being with problems .ect ect .A human resources woman name
Michelle Frederick she's very rude to me called me a [censored] under her breath as I am gay discriminated me about my disability and treated me like crap no people skills handling people with disablilitys I'm contacting the A.D.A filing suit. Even the head main manager is discriminative and didn't care about handling my situation even the USA security associates was rude bully's.

A long time ago, these companies actually cared about their customers. Not anymore. I can't even logon to my account, "Because the logon won't recognize my account info. IT say's "both of my active phone and EMails are incorrect( They are not,) So, I called the worthless Amazon support line, and "Got CAN I send you a text , to verify your identity? HOW, does that work, IF the system can 't even acknowlge my account? THESE A.I based bots, are too overly complicated. And are a complete waste of time. What ever happened to the old fashioned menu system?
1,2,3 Billing, service, or speak to a real person - Who , isn't reading from a generic menu system?
Amazon , used to be easy, and reliable? What happened? Now, I dread dealing with these people, or stolen, or damaged packages. This could be real easy, if Bezos, would invest in quality support, and stop off-shoring it's call centers, and that would fix 95% of the support problems, and Amazon, would once again become, a reputable business. Wishful thinking.
