On April 29th I went into work for my closing shift. My store Manager Tricia pulled me into the office and then handed me 3 write ups at once and then terminated me. The things she wrote me up for were out of my control, for each incident I called her and the district manager Moses. I had an issue at the store with a prepaid card the cashier at the time called me after she did the whole transaction so I called my store manager because I wasn’t sure what to do, when I called her she told me to ask the guy if he can go to an ATM to take the money out but when she wrote me up she came to me as if I should’ve known what to do or that it was only my mistake. She also never gave me a verbal warning or anything about none of the write ups she gave me. Another store incident is when I left the office room I closed the door and the door ended up becoming jammed so I called interface who said they contacted my District manager and that he told them he was sending somebody. I called my store manager from another employees phone because my phone was locked in the office, nobody answered. So I then called the fire department so they can get the door open. I have proof for all of these calls that were made. I was wrongfully terminated for situations my store manager played a hand in and also never gave me a verbal nor spoke with me about the situations at hand.
