Dollar General - Harassment, retaliation against customer/employee

My wife works for DG, last july (2022) she witnessed a fight involving another employee's parents across the street from the store. She informed this employee of the fight and told him not to get involved, as he was still on duty. He did not listen, ran across the street, engaged in the fight and was arrested along with his parents. These facts are reinforced by video evidence, and my wife's police report,

Since this incident, my wife was harassed by this set of parents continuously (in the store) for months, until she finally transferred herself to another store farther from our home.

When I go into our local DG, (the only store in our community) this person, who was involved in the fight, now refuses to wait on me. Leaving me to wait for someone to come from the back of the store to cash me out. I was not involved in any of the events prior, yet this young man continues to try to embarrass me in my own community. When I discussed this with the store manager, she said "from now on when you come in, he will go on break" (so now the manager is treating a cash paying customer different than anyone else in the community?)

In may of this year I entered the store, selected my items, went to the register, seeing this young man at the register (knowing he's not going to wait on me) I said "well, what are we doing?" "I don't know" he replied, again I waited as another employee rushed from the bathroom to cash me out. At this time his mother entered the store and started filming me with her phone. I then exited the store and went home. A few hours later 2 state troopers came to my home to tell me I was trespassed from the store, they stated I threatened this young man! (a simple review of your tapes will prove this isn't true).

The manager of this store FAILED to protect my wife for months on end from these people coming into the store and harassing her at their leisure, to the point, when they did enter, my wife made sure she was near the cameras. Let me restate this, the manager failed to protect my wife from people she knew had already assaulted other people in this community! Why was I trepassed, a simple review of the cameras proves I did nothing wrong and that lies were told. Why does this manager continue to employ someone she knows was arrested on company time? Can she actually be that incompetent? or is she Lazy? Why didn't she trespass these people while my wife was being harassed for over 7 months?

Now I hear there are complaints of sexual harassment between employees in this store and the manager does nothing!

Desired outcome: Actually investigate this please and lift the trespass order against me
