On several occasions I witnessed the night shift manager of the store 21449, insulting the associate. who was working the night shift with her, well supposed to be working with her the manager of the store told the employee that she was a five year old and that she could not mop the floor properly and she did this in front of customers, the manager Melanie also stood around talking and flirting with one customer while the other associate was trying to cash out people, the cashier was getting a line and called for the manager to help she blatantly said she could do it herself and moved to another aisle so as not to be seen, also this manger told the associate in front of me and my husband that she was to immediately cash out her stuff and take her break outside as she did not want to look at her. The Manager is not suited to the position she has, she has stated that when talking to someone on the phone while customers were waiting for help, she stated she didn't want to be there with the associate and that she did not want to be there at all she was only doing it so she would not lose her food stamps. she copiously belittles the other associate in front of customers and is mentally breaking down all other people who work under her, as a ex manager she should be removed from that store immediately the actions are not professional or necessary and not benefitting the store as people have been talking that the will not go in when she is on.
