The staff here are disgusting. The women Devor or Devore or Devobirah who was apparently a manager had a disgusting customer service and does not like doing her job. When we first walked into bjs we went to the customer service desk where she told us she couldn’t renew or memebership because it was done at the register after we complete our shopping. She told us that we couldn’t renew our membership in the customer service desk simply because she did not want to do her job. So we go ahead and complete our shopping and When we get to the register we were told that no it had to be done in the customer service desk. When I tried to ask the cashier to have the women devor take care of it she told us we had to go to the customer service desk and then come back and purchase. Not only did Brianna who was the register not help us but devor had a disgusting attitude and when we went back to the register I overheard he say yo her coworkers “let her keep looking watch how I punch her in her face” not only did she refuse to take accountability for her disgusting behavior and also threaten a customer. I don’t understand how someone so nasty and violent can work in customer service. I was not aware that bjs was okay with their manager threatening to punch their customers. Overall, this was a disgusting experience and I’m glad I got out of there with my life since it seems that now you can’t go to do your shopping without managers
Desired outcome: Devor or Deborah needs to be fired. It is not okay for a manger to threaten to punch a customer simply because they do not want to do their jobs.
BJ's Wholesale Club - Hamilton beach food processor
I purchased a Hamilton Beach food processor on jan 30 2021, but when we tried using it, it worked for a short while then it stopped. I brought it back to bjs where I was told that I can only have a store credit card but I wanted the funds to go back into the debit card I used, they insist I take a credit card I said no and I asked for a manager, which they brought over but she refused to give me my money back. I asked for my membership which she returned to me as cash no refund into debit card. I told her that if they found my purchase the date I bought it, that should be enough I kept insisting. She said she would call the cops if I didn't leave so I waited for cops no one showed up. Then she told me that she was done with me and rudely walked away her name was Ericka T. They were very unprofessional. I was not violent and did not threaten her at all the cameras at bus can prove that.
Now I have a bjs credit card I cannot use because im no longer a member.

Desired outcome: I would like they take this credit card back and give me my money or return funds to Debit Card.
BJ's Wholesale Club - hershey’s miniatures big pack
Hi. I will keep it short because I already have wrote to hershey's company. I bought hershey's miniatures at the end of june in bj's wholesale at metropolitan ave. I went to poland and gave this chocolates to my family as a gift. My sister in law took them to work and during important meeting she offered the chocolates to the clients. They started to eat and after a few minutes some screamed :stop! Don't eat! They are with warms! She was so embarrassed and angry as well as I couse I brought them to poland and and gave them as a gift... Can you imagine how shocked everyone was? They consumed bars with warms! I don't know how it this happened! Hershey's is a huge company, I am wondering how many kids eat this crab? I will contact with the newspaper about this couse unacceptable. Please remove all of them from the shelves! I have more videos and bar codes.
