Good afternoon. I have made 2 complaints just now.
I had a reservation for a while now and went to pick up my rental - per the attached confirmation below.
Can someone please advise as to why I have no vehicle on file and no reservation in Mount Vernon. I went there with my spouse, we stood outside in a line in a respectful manner with face masks on... to then be told that... said manager wakes up after 6am... he gets in early and there are no cars/vehicles available. A a system wide issues... there's just no cars!?
How Exactly is no vehicles available when 2 African American folks arrived after we did and they were able to get a vehicle and switch a vehicle for rent.
On top of this... a Caucasian guy walks in and was able to pick up a vehicle - while my spouse and I was told that there are no vehicles for miles?
Please advise, because as far as I know, the person that didn't try to assist us should be fired!
Talk about very ride and abrasive... all in my face about how Enterprise don't have any vehicles and this is an unfortunate situation.
No no no, I am very sorry. I am not a one - off customer. I have silver membership with Enterprise.
What Mount Vernon should have done was their jobs!
The guy who who decided not help us, didn't even say, let me give you a vehicle and you can exchange it tomorrow... that would have been more than fine and also acceptable.
The Mount Vernon center should have called or text me about this matter from yesterday, today or otherwise.
I called that location all day, ALL DAY LONG and no one picked up the phone or mentioned anything to me about the fact that it's covid times and they don't have any vehicles?... but they surely had vehicles for the other 3 people that arrived after my spouse and I?
No sorry, that's unprofessional and also racist.
Obviously someone needs to be put on probation because they are past racist, racist, racist!
You guys are lucky that this ain't on social media... because it can easily be escalated...
How Does Enterprise run a company this way with lazy, undignified, racist customer service agents?
How? I am embarrassed, upset, inconvenienced and annoyed!
Can someone please return my call about those situations?
I still don't have a rental, per my reservations below.
Please advise what is being done about this matter?
