I checked in on 5/13/22. My rooms bed had a urine stain on one of the beds. One of the door locks was broken off. The television was damaged. The furniture was stained and torn. Room service never visited my room to change the sheets and give us new towels. The ramada refuses to change my sheets
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund
Ramada - cancellation of 1 room
Hello-I experienced a life threatening cardiac issue early this week and will not be attending a family wedding. My wife, her sister, and their mother will be attending. I asked the Ramada facility and Expedia asked the Ramada to change my reservation to one room. A gentleman at the facility declined my request and Expedia's. I find this unacceptable and lacking compassion. This seems unacceptable with my current medical circumstance. My reservation number is #[protected]-Keith VanWagenen. My reservation is under my wife's name Karen Buczkowski.
Ramada - bed bugs bit me up in the room
On 7 29 while in the bed I was bitten over and over again all on my arms and hands my arm was swalling with 2 large bits and 4 of my fingers fingers with double bits I told the man at the counter who checked me in and showed him my arm and the lady that was back there with him said lots of people stay there after I realized I was bitten up pretty bad I requested a refund through my bank but they don't deal with issues such as that I also have pictures
Bed bugst at the Ramada Inn in Newburgh New York once I read the reviews about that place it was too late there were more reviews about bed bugs at that hotel
