I placed the order for an entry door on March 31, 2021. Full payment was done. On June 1, I was informed that the door will be installed but the manufacturer did not follow the instructions while fabricating the door. I called Henrietta Lowe's and they said they will try to rectify the error. I wrote an email to Lowe's representative (John Wolf) to give an update on what is happening with my fully-paid project; however, there is no response to my email. I have waited nearly 3 months now.
I need the door installed as soon as possible as my existing entry door does not lock properly.
Desired outcome: Door installed ASAP based on the correct measurements and instructions
