Tires: bought my tires here and was told no charge for switching back and forth from winter to summer and vice versa, lo and behold was charged 67.00 today. Then they screwed up my daughters apt after she went all the way there.
Generator purchase: severely damaged item, asked to come and get it, told by Rotterdam manager, too bad bring it onto the store, I’m a senior, can’t lift that item, took a month to get it picked up, no refund yet
AC purchase: ordered online, damaged, told to bring it to the store, when I got there they said no refund as it was ordered online, now what, took another month to get it resolved
This store and management is HORRIBLE. I will not be renewing my membership and I will be posting this all over social media.
BJ's Wholesale Club - very disrespectful deli employee
I came in to get some meats an cheeses from the Deli with my daughter an this one employee was very loud, rude an disrespectful. He kept on staring at my daughter (who is 15) in a very disgusting manor, when i kept stepping in front of my daughter to block him from staring at her, he then preceded to stare at me like he was going to do something. On top of that he was screaming an swearing in front of me an my kid an other customers who had children even younger, when i finally got a good look at his name tag his name was Matt, People that looked like Managers heard an seen him acting like this an said or did absolutely nothing. this person doesn't handle them self very well an gives BJs a representation that they'll just hire any psycho off the street an give them a job. This man shouldn't be allowed to handle himself this way and be so rude an disrespectful an no one say anything to him an personally make me feel threatened, i will never be coming back an have canceled my membership there. I am very disappointed as i love the selection, bulk items and prices but if I feel me or my daughter are going to feel threatened an have managers walk by an say or do nothing to this employee Matt, I can no longer come to this store, if anyone lives in this area and shops at the Rotterdam BJs be very weary around this man if you have children as i had no clue if he was just trying to keep staring at my daughter inappropriately or if he was actually going to hurt one of us
