Giant Eagle - Groceries

I was aggressively harassed and discriminated against on 12/24/20 around 12:40 pm at the 2801 E. Waterloo Rd. Giant Eagle, (store #4029). Had two employees and their manager jumping down my throat over a mask after I explained to them that I have a medical condition, and it isn't proactive for me to wear a mask, they proceeded to harass me and refused service. So I went to the self-checkout, and there I was harassed by two other employees. I explained to them my same situation, and they continued to harass me and discriminate.
They tried to tell me that wearing a mask is the law now, they are sorely mistaken. Mandates are NOT law! I don't give into tyranny and unconstitutional acts of the government and these fear mongering dictators. The only ones breaking the law were your employees, so you should probably inform your employees on the ADA law, because they all broke it when I informed them of my medical condition and how they are breaking the ADA law by harassment, discrimination and refusal of service of someone with a medical condition. It doesn't matter what your policy is on masks, you still have to abide by the ADA law and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. And because of this despicable harassment and discrimination, I will be filing a discrimination/harassment complaint to the Ohio attorney general, Better Business Bureau, and Ohio Civil Rights Commission!

UPDATE:
Was contacted by customer service, and was basically told that they condone harassment, abuse, hate, discrimination, and refusal of public service to anyone with a medical condition who are unable to wear a mask. That they deliberately don't care to abide by the ADA law, or the Civil Rights Act of 1967. It's unbelievably immoral and despicable! As a public service if you are unable to serve your customers to the best of your ability and abide by the law, then you deserve to be shutdown and go bankrupt. It's absolutely disgusting how you're employees treat their customers, an absolute disgrace and unethical!

Desired outcome: An apology and correction to their unlawful policies

They don’t care. I was bullied, sexual harassed, lied on and they do not care. Cause I was terminated for smoking while unlocking the crap out front at 530 am. Guess I should’ve went to the designated area OVER BY THE PROPANE TANKS! No I was being targeted and watched. But it’s okay. They’ve tolerance tho for narcotics being handed out, being bullied, and a manager calling ya baby, Hunny Sweetie Oh and playing instants on the clock and it’s ok to vape in the corner. You can’t fire one for all the others are doing. No warning no suspension nothing. They secretly write u up and fire ya. Joke. Disgusting. Sorry abt ur experience

Giant Eagle - Awful treatment

I was severely harassed and discriminated against around 12:40 at this Giant Eagle, 2801 E. Waterloo Rd.
(store #4029). Giant Eagle - Cooked chicken

I ordered 2-(100 piece cooked chicken)for a post funeral family & friends gathering or repass. Every one of the wings had at least one (mostly 2 or 3) feathers in them. This was extremely embarrassing. The specific giant eagle was located at 2801 E. Waterloo Rd., Akron, OH 44312. In addition to poor quality the customer service was rated low because the woman who waited on me was not very customer friendly. I was in a handicap store cart and she said I would need a regular basket because the 8 foil pans would not fit in the cart I was riding in. If I was able to walk and push a cart, I would not have been using a cart. Anyway she proceeded to fill the pans but made no attempt to get a basket until I finally asked her if there was a store employee who could bring a basket, so she or her coworker called a man who brought a basket, but he left it. I expected him to wait on the order and carry it out where my car was. Instead, I had to call my driver and ask him to come and get the basket once it was full. Everywhere else I go they at least ask if I need assistance taking my groceries to the car. My order was supposed to be ready at 5 pm. I arrived on time. It was cooked but not in the containers. Needless to say, between waiting for her to pack 8 containers with chicken after I arrived, having to get a basket and waiting for it, having to call for outside help, I was late for the event setup and was then embarrassed by cooked wings with feathers on them, all while being emotionally drained by funeral events leading up to that point.
