Purchased prepared chicken 16 pieces. I asked to have fresh chicken and both servers/employees refused to serve me freshly friried chicken and told me i had to purchase from the prepacked chicken that was packed at approx 10:24am and it was 11a same day. The chicken was obviously fried in old grease because it was extremely dark and tasted of old burrnt grease! we purchased the chicken for our bsu black student union and they were so upset as me and my admistrator.. The customer service is horrible to say the least however this store is the closest of service. I am requesting a refund immediately and the termination ofthe two 2 employees which we were serviced by or i will contact the local news stations and whomever else can assist...Perrioddttt

Giant Eagle gave you mediocre food, but still, they had the audacity to laugh in your face when you even asked them for proper chicken. Record everything, from the time the chicken was recorded and the condition in which the chicken was in, and then request for a complete refund through their customer services. There is no need to make a fuss by firing staff members – they will sort out recruitment if at all they are genuine. If they deny you a refund in a reasonable timeframe, go up the chain of command. Avoid any kind of drama – strike them hard where it count the most: in their image and your pocket.
