I found out that Giant Eagle listens unavailable to receive fuel perks. At the bottom of my receipt today was directed to survey3.medallia.com/se to provide feedback to receive fuel perks. Unfortunately I was unable to access site to receive fuelperks! I am very disappointed as I do count on being able to get extra fuel perks as I spend a lot of money on groceries and gas! Unfortunately if can't get these extra perks I may have to start shopping elsewhere and getting gas elsewhere.

On two occasions at check out I entered my Debit Card and did not want to use my Pin Number then instructed to press the Green Button
It did not go thru 2 times and I had to call the bank again and my card was put on hold and now cleared
This is the only store that I have had trouble with
How can this be handled and also taking up time and holding up groceries in art
Discuss with the manager of the store the malfunctions in the payment systems indicating problematic repeat instances of a card. Get in contact with customer support at Giant Eagle and alert them about the issue with the fuel perks website. Clearly express that you are annoyed, and specify how the perks affect how you select stores. If the issue continues, look around other stores which would provide similar benefits.
