Orders a arrangement to be delivered on sweetest day and arrangement was never delivered, I was never called about the arrangement not coming. I called four times to the store spoke to 4 different people and all said I was in route. Sat at home all day missed plans to wait on it and called at 5pm before they closed and was told that they would still deliver it. Arrangement never came called the complaint number was redirected to the store number whose voice mail was full and at 8:00 at night was when I got a email that they attempted to deliver it. They flat out lied store was close the next day on Sunday and holiday was over. This was horrible please do not order from this store there customer service is horrible.
