Lowe's

We bought a new maytag washer from your lowes store in mentor ohio, this was about march of this year. We had the washer delivered, and got it the next day, three men came to deliver the washer, the washer was all set up, [[ so we thought ]] the men turned the washer on, and left about 5 minutes later, after it had filled up. Bout 15 minutes later, I heard my wife screaming from the basement, the basement floor had about 2 inches of water on it, it went clear over to our furnace, and how water tank, there were about 10 to 15 boxes that got water logged by the water from the washer, apparently, the delivery people, never bothered to hook up the drain from the washer properly,? We have talked to about 4 to 5 people over the last few months, but have got no where, we were told that a employee from lowes, came and took pictures of the water damage, we spoke to a nick? I believe to be the appliance manager, but a employee that we know pretty well, told us, he is leaving lowes. What the hell does it take for your company to make good on the damage that was caused by the stores negligent employees,?
