We ordered a stackable washer/dryer from Lowes.com that was delivered on time. Next our rep at our local store setup installation. "Installers" came that had no clue what they were doing or how to install. Finally figured out the stacking kit was not the right part and had to be re-ordered. This took weeks and we were told (by recording on the phone), that the installers had tried to come and missed us and we had to reschedule again. Noone called ahead like we were told they would do. Finally 2 guys showed up on a Sunday afternoon that could barely speak English, and once again had no clue what they were doing. After watching them fall all over themselves for about half an hour trying to figure out how to install the stacking kit, I told them to leave. I was actually afraid they would do more harm than good. Now we're stuck without the washer & dryer being installed because these guys couldn't figure it out. Lowe's should be embarrassed to be represented by people like this. It's disgusting and SO frustrating. I think that a company as large that has been around for years would be able to fulfill a simple installation but I guess not. We are fed up with Lowes.
Desired outcome: Installation by pros like we were promised in the first place
