Dollar General

Hello my name is Amanda Shamblin. I am a frequent shopper at the Dollar General on Eastside Boulevard in Muskogee Oklahoma. I’m not a complainer, but this store has gotten way out of hand. There is never anything on the shelves. There are things spilled in the floor and instead of cleaning them up, they put a wet floor sign over them, while the employees are in the front talking, especially their new manager. Don’t even get me started on her. She is always upfront talking to her employees about inappropriate things like the fact that she bought weed gummy‘s and she had to eat a lot of them and never felt anything. She never acknowledges customers. She always just talks to her employees about her personal life. Eating food is made for breaks, but she always manages to have food in her mouth. The store always has boxes in the aisles, but nothing on the shelves. I don’t understand how they have let it go on this long. I worked for Dollar General for a few years 20 years ago, and I would have been fired for a store looking like that. Like I said, I’m not a complainer, but I’m tired of having to drive to another store across town because they can’t manage to do their jobs and stock the products. They’d rather just have social hour. I would tell you names, but they never wear the appropriate uniform and unaware of standard order of operation. They are in desperate need of some leadership and not a friend.
