Ordered a Above ground pool ([protected] order#). Paid for it online and was given a scheduled time for pick up. Then next day told it was cancelled! Call to customer service had me speaking with woman in the Philippines! REALLY! This was no help and un American for a American Company to be out sourcing these calls. I am livid that all 229 Bj's cannot be accessed to see who has the item that I had ordered and have it shipped to a location near me that I can go pick up. What a complete LOSER of this Business!
