Dollar General

As a retired Manager of a multi million dollar retail business I realize the challenges of operating a business. I have been shopping your Dollar General store at 6139 Lincoln Way East Fayetteville, Pa since it opened. Over the last year the stores in stock conditions have deteriorated significantly but since the most recent remodel/upgrade the conditions have worsened. The store has not been completely stocked since the remodel and every visit I make, which is several times per week, the aisles are blocked with as many as 15 stock carts full of merchandise needed put on shelves. The clerks all have positive attitudes when addressing the issues but I don't think one or two cashiers can be expected to re-stock the entire store and fulfill checkout duties at the same time. It's very frustrating to shop several times per week and find so much product out of stock on shelves while it's setting on carts waiting to be stocked. I know I could give you several suggestions for improvement but am sure you have enough experience to handle this situation. Love the store, prices and the amazing associates but would appreciate attention to the priorities. Thanks in advance and looking forward to seeing improvements. Herb Nuckels
