I have had so much trouble with the digital coupons not being taken off my purchases, this is so inconvenient and incorrect. I have loaded so many coupons and even showed them to the cashier and each time I am told there is nothing they can do about it of they dont come off the order they can not take them off my purchase. Well I can tell you this- I am now and will in the future will not purchase the item or items if they do not take the coupon off, and most certainly will limit my shopping at Dollar General due to this inconvenience. I am not the only person complaining about this.
This needs to be taken care of immediately! Don't offer the coupon if you are not going to honor them!

Hi JOauz, we apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. I understand that digital coupons can be difficult at times but we encourage you to keep adding coupons in your account to take advantage of our great savings.
That does her no good if your tech department cant keep the app running for people to actually use them. All you are trying to do is pacify people, your not actually fixing anything
Why should I do that- when they are not being taken off at the register?
Tech needs to fix this issue- I am not going to shop at Dollar General to stressful with this digital coupon crap!

Digital coupons are not controlled at store level, the cashier was not lying there is nothing they can do. Every once and a while you'll find a nice manager that will override but they get in trouble for overrides too so most wont do it. It is just as frustrating for the employees because they are the ones that have to take it from the customers yelling about it. Do the survey and complain
I called the corporate office and did the feedback like I was told to do. I did not yell at anyone so back off!
