We purchased a Veikous 12x14 gazebo from you (order #[protected], invoice number 81859). When we installed the gazebo we found that two screens were damaged. I tried to contact Veikous (per your store's instructions) customer service but never received a reply. Since we purchased this from YOU, we would like for you to intercede with Veikous on our behalf and have the screens replaced. You may contact us at [protected] or by email at [protected]@aol.com.
