Every time I shop at Dollar Tree I get an uncomfortable and unprofessional vibe from the employees that are working. It feels as if there is tension among the employees all of the time and they're always rude and hostile toward one another and it makes me feel uneasy. I typically shop in Dollar Tree 3 or 4 times a week and this is a recurring problem that I tend to see and I've even asked the employees if they just don't get along and they play it off as if it isn't a big deal even though they're frequently taking shots at each other even in front of customers too. The work environment comes off extremely unprofessional and it feels like from a customer standpoint anyway, that employees are being bullied by managers. Everybody always looks miserable every time I shop here and it's just a negative atmosphere altogether. Please address your managers to create a better work environment or I won't be shopping here much longer.
