I made an order from giant eagle Southside, which I have done many times. I am 72 and I have sciatica and I walk with a walker. When I order, I always make sure I place a note on it stating the person who brings must take it up. Person who did come refuse to bring it in. Did not have a mask on but it was because of covid and when I insisted he stated he would take everything back. He said he did not work for giant eagle, he worked for something called shift. On my orders as can be plainly be seem I always state can not take things upstairs and I had two cases of water. I had to leave my things downstairs in someone esles hallway and tell my son to stop by after work to bring up. He wanted to go to giant eagle. I know that a big store like that has hundreds of elderly customers who order and needs someone to help them. Does giant eagle not care. We are people also. Also I was missing a pack of meat. The young man who runs the delivery admits that I have my message on there. I have had problems with giant eagle before leaving my packages outside and leaving. I called giant eagle and asked was a message on the order. Her name was Debbie, she stated. I don't know why you called, it is on there for everyone to see.
