Went to the this Get Go location last night and was very disappointed and appalled! We ordered hot food from the kiosk, shopped and paid for it. When we got over to pick it up, it was not even started yet?! When we asked about it, we were met with very nasty and smart response?! The food order was not busy either? We then again stood in to cancel the order (it was taking way too long) and get a refund. After FINDING a Manager stating the issue, we were met with the MOST NON-PROFESSIONAL woman I have EVER come across. She was so NASTY and CURT with her responses and I HOPE does not represent your organization?! She even spelled out her name for us, when not asked to continue to be SMART! It was Iesha or Aisha, I believe. Our experience was SO Terrible that I will not return to this location and let EVERYONE I know about this location. I advise EXTENSIVE TRAINING for your "so called" MANAGER at this site. I KNOW that you are and will continue to LOSE CUSTOMERS behind this employee, who NEVER apologizes or tried to understand the situation!
