On June 9, 2022 I drive to the store to purchase 409 carpet cleaner that I alway purchased from Dollar General. I arrived at 8:54 pm to attempt to quickly purchase 4 cans, but found the door was already lock. When I said through the door that I have four minutes the girl stated sorry registers are already shut down. Then another women with no uniform was look with a smirk on your face. I believe in the retail industry if the store sign states 9:00 pm then the customer has until 9pm and employee should not change things to their preferences. The employees at the location is rude and inconsiderate of customers.
Desired outcome: I hope Dollar General representatives will look into this situation and address the necessary employees.My email is [protected]@aol.com
