I was a customer at your Myrtle Beach Store on Friday night April 9th, 2021. I witnessed a heavy set cashier woman using profanity and yelling at a gentleman who appeared to be the store manager. If I was that manager I would have fired that employee on the spot for not showing respect for a manager there were other customers around when she was yelling and screaming at him. Prior to that incident, there were only 2 cashiers open, when her line opened I approached her register and she told me she is not ringing anyone up that I have to wait for another register to open. I noticed she was too busy texting someone on her phone. Again she was unprofessional. Sometimes when I'm shopping in the store she is there and is quite rude. Her approach to yelling at the manger should result in her losing her job. She is one of the rudest cashiers I have come across at the store in Myrtle Beach and I will be limiting my shopping if she continues to be employed there. I have found it very difficult to find a way to complain about this employee. Your receipts don't show a customer satisfaction number to call.
Desired outcome: employee being fired
