Two nights ago, I went through the drive-thru at above-referenced Captain Ds around 7:00pm. I ordered a healthy meal of white fish/rice/baked pot/broccoli/soft drink & asked for no butter/margarine but Lemons/Vinegar packets/sour cream. As I drove around to the window (long wait), I repeated to the attendant the extra items that I wanted/needed. I took the bag of food & said thank you and God bless you.
When I returned home, I found none of the extra items that I wanted but rather about 8 packets of vegetable oil (margarine). I was not happy at all.
The next day around 11:00am, I returned and ordered a baked potato/broccoli/soft drink & at the window, I explained to the same young African-American lady what had happened last night... to which she responded, "What do you want?" Her irritated attitude appeared obvious. There was no apology for what had happened.. no 'I'm sorry'...
I explained again that I wanted the items that I needed the night before because I had saved my meal from the night before until I received said items. To that, she through the items that I had originally asked for, but again, with obvious attitude. And, mind you, I was totally polite with her yet again.
Finally, I had the items I originally requested. I truly enjoy the healthy Melaka from Captain Ds, but I don't desire nor do I deserve the attitude that she gave me.
The food is terrific! I want to return, especially since the shop is so convenient from my home, 1/1/2 miles from my home.
