Long story. We ordered a Samsung refrigerator. We were told it was a longer expected delivery date of over 30 days. Ok, it was over 90 days. OK, The 2 delivery men who brought it did not speak English at all. They scratched our new purchase, almost took out our kitchen light fixture tracked mud and dirt into our house. One of the men was face timing with his wife or girlfriend the entire time. They did not install the waterline and come to find out that it is missing the part to connect it to the unit. I have been buying bags of ice for 3 months as the main reason we wanted a new one was the ice maker quit working and started leaking water. I now have a brand new one that still does not make ice. My wife called and Lowe's answer was to order a new unit? Please attempt to make this right. Spending close to $2000 is not a small sum. Mike Shebeck [protected]
Desired outcome: I have a scratched unit I just spent a lot of money on that is now worth less. We have no way to hook up the waterline to make ice. Come fix it, refund me for a damaged unit and make the delivery company pay for it!
