I just got my food, a senior special 2 piece fish, fries, ice tea, and green beans. I got my food at 2:13 pm from Captain D's at 1665 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis 3834. The manager was not wearing gloves he put his hands on the inside of my ice tea cap and other people's caps also. His mask was only over his lower lip. He had to ask me 3 times for my order to get it right. The cost was $6.14, I gave him $6.15. He came back to me with a $1.00 change and then put it back in the drawer and did not give me my penny. He did not give me a receipt and showed me my order twice before putting it in the bag. I did not ask for the penny or the receipt because he had no gloves on. I also left my drink at the store because he touched the inside of my drink lid. His name was Mr. Kinnes.
Desired outcome: I did not want my drink for fear of contamination.
